  My husband and I stayed at Quintessentials B&B for our 1st wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place. It was the perfect getaway, great location, quaint and quiet but lots to do in the town and surrounding areas. Ms. Sylvia Daley is a lovely, warm, welcoming woman who cooked AMAZING breakfast. The service is delightful, the room was beautiful with a beautiful balcony, and very clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning soon !

  Quintessentials is top-notch in every way. The vintage building is beautiful and kept in immaculate and pristine condition. Our host, Sylvia, was warm and welcoming - and a great cook!! We've stayed there several times and I have recommended Quintessentials to family, friends and clients, all of whom have greatly enjoyed their experience in this wonderful setting. Sylvia even hosted a friend's wedding at the B&B, and it was flawless. I love this place and have made great memories there.

  First of all, just the sight of the old white building and the vegetation is quite refreshing and inviting. Greetings from a friendly Jamaican-American hostess with a bright smile. Entering the wooden hall way one feels immediately at home - away from the concrete city buildings. Simply a cosy atmosphere. Getting to my room with a large bed and its own private deck overlooking the large garden, I knew I'd enjoy sitting there reading one of the books from the library downstairs out of curiosity, even though I'd brought a book of my own. Breakfast the next morning was heavenly, fresh fruits, scones, eggs etc. Spent time later discovering the vegetable garden, the old barn, and walking around the neighbourhood to the beach not far away. A lovely Greek restaurant is also walking distance. Spa and massage next day complemented my stay. Sylvia, the owner, was quite entertaining and knowledgeable having lived overseas and worked at corporate level. I could even practise speaking German with her! She and her staff were very friendly and caring. Was not my first visit and will definitely not be my last.

  My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and we had an awesome time! Sylvia the Innkeeper is a delight and she really makes her guests feel at home. The room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The Inn is also located close to many restaurants, beaches, and wineries. We can't wait to go back again and we would recommend this place to everyone!

  I was married here two years ago. It was the most beautiful and intimate wedding. Sylvia took care of everything and it was perfect. The rooms are so sweet with just enough character. The manor itself is so interesting with decor and history. I am always excited waiting for breakfast which is just delicious. This is my second trip back, Quintessential Bed & Breakfast and Ms Sylvia Daley will just have to be part of my life.... Thank you always Sylvia😘
