I spent a lot of time with Jose when I first met him picking his brain about different options on some work I was considering on my car. He listed all the pros and cons with estimates and made things much clearer. I ended up ordering the parts I wanted (which were better than the dealership's), kept Jose in the loop for a time to stop by, and he installed them at the exact price he had estimated weeks earlier.
I left with the parts I wanted, installed, at a fraction of the dealership cost and now several weeks later everything has still been perfect. I am really glad I met Jose -
