  Very good people went looking for a good bicycle at the time of writing this review there is a shortage of them do to COVID-19 but by some luck they had just 1 left of the type I needed not exactly the one I wanted but extremely close. The owner attached all my accessories free of charge. At the checkout, unfortunately, there was a mistake, and I was quoted the wrong price. They fixed their mistake and gave me a special deal to compensate. Absolutely amazing, they truly care about their customers. Don't go to a big box store. Go here, and they will get you going with a proper setup. UPDATE: After a few years of owning a bicycle from this shop, I can happily say my giant brand bicycle is still going strong and looks as new as the day I bought it. Have had 0 problems with it, I use it to comute as I don't always have a car available, and I've put hundreds of miles on it with no problems.

  Very skilled and knowledgable mechanics. They dailed in my cross bike perectly. Inluding tuning my cantilevers and mis-matched drivetrain.
  
  lso, packed and shiped my bike and it was the best packaging I have ever revieved. I have had many bikes shipped to me while traveling to races snd this was the I have ever recieved.
