I see some articles online and reviews etc that were negative and I had to chime in.
I have had a few interactions with the office and Rich Quagliette and all were positive and helpful.
When I had my generator installed, Rich explained to me why I needed a certain type of vent for the propane. This was for safety, he explained and gave examples of situations that can happen where the generator has a chance to catch fire. For all the army of plumbers, electricians and other home improvement contractors that are happy to help themselves into my pocket, none advised me about this. Rich is the only person that actually gives a damn about my family's safety. Good work Putnam Valley building dept!
