(July 11, 2023, 7:43 am)It has been almost a full year since my mother was admitted to the Memory Care unit at Putnam Ridge. I continue to believe that, since this unfortunate decision had to be made, I couldn't ask for more from a facility when it comes to my mother's care. I don't announce my visits in advance. On each visit, I've found my mother to be clean, content and well cared for. The facility is very clean, the staff are pleasant and professional, always engaging appropriately with the residents. I'd also like to praise the hairdresser retained by the facility. She is very compassionate and does an outstanding job.

(May 21, 2023, 5:14 pm)From the first day , I came (Friday 19 th). To settle my brother in, I was very pleased with everyone. The Administrator ( Valerie?).
Went thru everything. Very thorough 😊. Met Jeffery great guy.
All the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The place itself was clean and organized. Most important my brother Frankie likes it there.

(April 23, 2023, 4:41 pm)Today when leaving I observed one of the patient rooms had a blue light blinking outside their door. When I mentioned it to the 4-5 workers at the nurses station they all acted surprised. I was told the lights are red not blue. However I did not see anyone attempt to go check on the patient. That was concerning to me. Because yesterday when I entered my mothers room her blue light outside her room was blinking because she had pressed her button for assistance to go to the bathroom. I helped her.

(January 21, 2023, 9:22 pm)Reception was friendly and thorough. The facility was clean and relatively quiet. My friend seemed comfortable and well cared for. I don’t have an opinion about the physical therapy, but I am hopeful that what is offered will eventually result in him becoming fully functional again.
