(April 21, 2023, 12:01 pm)We had a wonderful experience with Putnam Orthodontics. They are thorough in explaining everything. From finances to treatment plan, to after care. Every question, is always answered. All the staff, especially the girls who do routine work are phenomenal. Office staff is always friendly and inviting. You do get to know everyone throughout your process. Treatment went smoothly despite my daughter having dental complications along the way. Complications caused by genetics, at no fault of Putnam Orthodontics. They worked diligently through everything. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else but Putnam Orthodontics for braces and Invisalign. They deserve more than 5 stars!

(April 10, 2023, 3:27 pm)I’ve had about 3 consultations for braces/Invisalign and none went was good as this one. First impression during a consultation is everything and these guys nailed it from the front desk through out my entire visit.
The orthodontist I saw explained everything with details leaving me with no questions to ask. My insurance coverage along with the payment process was also explained excellently. I’m looking forward to being a patient at Putnam Orthodontics.

They are very knowledgeable and upfront about insurance and billing, no shady-trickster vibes. It is very family friendly there. They’re definitely in the business of making kids smile ❤️
