(March 14, 2023, 7:22 pm)Absolutely great orthodontics office. Clean, attentive staff. Dr. Pai is super attentive, thorough and involved. It took my almost 6 months of searching for a place and doctor that would be able to handle my daughter’s specific case of malocclusion. We’ve been visiting for the whole process for about 4 years now. I regret none of it! Payment options are convenient and very well explained. I would absolutely recommend for any orthodontic needs especially for children & teens.

My retainer was adjusted and fitted by the Dr himself. Only afterwards did I realize I had mistaken my appointment time. I was accommodated with no problem or embarrassment. Thank you for all you do. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

(January 18, 2023, 9:50 pm)I had braces as a kid and did not wear my retainers as an adult. As time passed my smile made me self conscious due to a protruding front tooth and crooked lower teeth. I went to Putnam Orthodontics- panicked because my daughter was getting married and I wanted my smile to match my great joy.
The team of high quality dentists and assistants gave me my smile back and I am beyond grateful! I can’t stop smiling now… especially at my first grandson! Thank you and I promise to wear my retainers!!!! -

Dr. Pai and all of the technicians are knowledgeable and guide you through every step of the process with care and expertise. Stephanie always makes herself available to answer any questions about payments and insurance. She has been EXTREMELY helpful throughout my time here. Appointments are easy to book with plenty of availability. There is never a wait to be seen.
