  My first visit was today! I was so very impressed with Marta’s pure Pilates technique. Marta is very knowledgeable in this fabulous art of stretching and core dynamics. I love Marta’s teaching instruction. She has a special gift for bringing a change in my body through her encouragement and vitality! Marta is a true professional !

  My hubby purchased a package of sessions with Marta as a Christmas present. I didn't know much about Pilates but had practiced yoga, enjoyed working out and wanted something new for myself. My son was just a few years old and picking up a growing toddler was increasing challenging.
  
  The beautiful location lead to studio inside which was peaceful and welcoming. There were pieces of equipment I had never seen in a gym before and I was intimidated. Over time I learned and as we worked through each exercise, Marta was assuring and supportive. Marta taught me to breath, my flexibility improved and I felt stronger, even straighter. I found the confidence to challenge myself to do things I never thought I could do - like hang off the back of the Cadillac!

  Pure Pilates has been a revelation to me. A beautiful studio in a private setting that feels instantly therapeutic when you step inside.I went to Marta recently after I had an injury. Marta is a great instructor who cares deeply about her students. She has a holistic approach that includes exercises, stretches while advising students on right nutrition and relaxation to develop strength. She understands your strengths and weaknesses and develops a individualized plan to meet your goals. I recently completed 10 sessions with Marta and I feel a lot stronger. I plan to continue my Pilates journey with her.

  I have been studying with Marta since 2004. Although I am very active; I dance, run, lift weights, practice yoga, swim, walk and hike Pilates is my foundation.
  Because of the strength, symmetry and balance I get from Pure Pilates I can do everything else that I do.
  I love studying pilates with Marta because she always knows what I need
  physically and mentally to work on that day to achieve the best results. Marta was trained by Romana and taught the original Joseph Pilates method.
  The studio has a minimalism boutique style that feels very pure and clean.
  My absolutely highest recommendations!

  I have been studying with Marta since 2001 and immediately fell in love with Pilates, her teaching style, and the peaceful ambiance within her studio! Working with Marta on a consistent basis has helped me improve many body imbalances, eliminate long term body aches as well as those created regularly from working all day at a desk or from just plain overuse. With her sensitivity, attention to detail and professional training I was able to continue working with her during most of my pregnancy. Additionally, my daughter who is a dancer, has studied with Marta to help with injuries and technique questions. As a former dancer, Marta is able relate the application of the Pilates technique to dance.
  It's always difficult to find the time and money to do something for yourself, this however is priceless as I always feel great after our weekly one on one sessions and have found that working with Marta is one of the few things I can do to help my body.
