  I've been receiving acupuncture treatments from Heather for the past 6 months for migraines and joint/back pain, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The treatments are incredibly effective, and I always leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and in significantly less pain. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate practitioner!

  I have had chronic pain issues with my hip and back for years. Heather took the time to listen to my issues and set up a plan that specifically addressed them. Heather has definitely given me a better quality if life!

  I am so thankful for Heather! She helped me navigate infertility and helped identify and manage thyroid and endocrine disruptions that were playing a role. Her treatments are so relaxing and thanks to her I am having a comfortable pregnancy. I don’t know where I’d be without Heather and cannot thank her enough!

  I honestly cannot recommend Heather with Pure Integrative Accupuncture enough. We turned to her when trying to conceive both of our children as we had been trying for many months with no success on our own. My cycles were irregular when starting Accupuncture treatments with her and within a month or two they were back on track. The cycle after they got back to normal I became pregnant both times! I remember the first time around feeling so scared and nervous that we wouldn’t be able to conceive on our own and Heather was always so confident, reassuring and caring. Heather will always hold such a special place in our hearts as she helped us all the way through our first pregnancy and now is also helping with all the struggles of the first trimester in our second pregnancy. If you are thinking about Accupuncture treatments I highly recommend reaching out to her!!

  I've been seeing Heather for my bilateral torn rotator cuff. Ortho Doctor actually suggested surgery but at the prodding of my husband we decided I'll try acupuncture first. Grateful I did because a month or so I felt the relief on my pain. Heather is caring too she listens carefully to how I feel and what my pains are. Thankful here and grateful. 🙏
