Dr Purcell staff, notably Nicole and Shannon are the best. There are very concerned with your health and get you in to see a doctor as soon as possible all of the time. Yes the wait is long for Dr Purcell however he spends a lot of time with you once you get in the examining room he does not rush you one bit. Worth the wait
Dr Purcell is very thorough and explains things in detail. If you are in a rush always, he is not the dr for you! However, if you want to learn about yourself, then he is definitely the professional to listen to. Wait times are very long but I expect that when you know dr Purcell is giving each of his patients the best diagnosis possible!!! Huge fan!! He’s helped change my life for the better!!!
Dr Purcell is the best doctor I've ever had. He has many degrees and is happy to help you treat any area of health you may need and is qualified for. The wait times are long and I understand why, it's REALLY worth it! He spends as much time as he possibly can getting all the details about you to really determine what is best for YOU unlike most doctors. Super quick to get back to messages left at the office if he's busy. Extremely knowledgeable man who helped me realize I wasted several years at a doctor who was completely checked out. The office staff can be kinda rude to me sometimes which makes me a little uncomfortable, but I get it because of how many people get grumpy with them about the wait times, which is out of their control. Even so, 5 stars because this doctor really saved my life and made me feel like someone who could actually help me WANTED to.
I can't say ENOUGH good things about Dr. Purcell! It is very rare to meet a doctor who cares so much and will give so much of his time for your problems. He also possesses that wonderful quality of a doctor who LISTENS and takes your thoughts on your treatment into consideration. I will admit that there have been times that I've waited for my appointment, but I can guarantee that it is worth every second. I know that he is giving someone else the same time and attention he gives to me and that makes it alright. If it were possible to give him 10 stars, I would.
Dr. Purcell is one of the few physicians left who truly cares about his patients. He is certainly not in it for the money because insurance companies barely pay their doctors anymore. The only reason there is such a long wait time to see him is because everyone who goes to this office only wants to be treated by him! So if you don't have time to spare on your health, I suggest you find another doctor. You are amazing Dr. Pur-cell. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family.
