  I met with Melanie today at the West Berlin facility. She was very professional and expertly answered all my questions. Her pleasant and upbeat personality was refreshing. After patiently assisting me with my application, I know I found the right place to keep my belongings. Thanks Mel! You rock!!!

  I may be downsizing and was looking into storage ideas and I must say I was extremely pleased with the service and cleanliness at the Cooper Road Public Stoage facility. Dmitri was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the units and really helped me to develop a future plan before my eventual move. He is exceptional in what he does and really knows the business...thank you Dmitri

  This was my first time personally using a storage unit and Stephanie G. at the Berlin location on 399 Cooper road was AWESOME. Very nice and very helpful to us throughout the day ! Definitely recommend this spot if you need a unit

  We’ve been using this public storage location for a few years now, upgrading to larger units a few times as our needs for storage grew, and hands down by far the entire experience we’ve had as customers was made simple, easy and pleasant by Stephanie!! Any issues or concerns she will handle pleasantly and promptly and we can not recommend getting a unit at this location enough, because of Stephanie. Definitely worth every single one of the 5 stars, it’s been a pleasure dealing with her.

  Public Storage located on Cooper Road is absolutely thee best storage unit location. I am forever indebted and grateful for Mrs. Stephanie, the manager. She is an exceptional, thoughtful, hard-working, and helpful young lady. She always answers the phone with such enthusiasm and answers any questions or concerns you may have. She always goes above and beyond to help you. The facility stays clean all the time and access is always quick. If you are thinking about renting a space at Public Storage and you live close by, I will highly highly recommend this location. Thank You, Mrs. Stephanie. 😁
