(April 23, 2019, 9:43 am)Joe was so helpful when I stopped in to look at storage. He showed me different sizes and took the time to show me how to properly pack my belongings. It was a great experience. Moving is stressful but when I stepped into public storage and met Joe all the stress had been lifted with his knowledge and help. Thank you so much Joe!

(July 31, 2016, 1:40 pm)My niece Kassie who works at brick and Bayville public storage referred me to Joe back when I was in Florida. It was so convenient for me because I was moving to Jackson. She said very nice things about Joe and that I would feel my items are safe there. Well I rented with Joe this past week and he was excellent. Very nice guy, great customer service.

(September 18, 2015, 10:47 am)I came in to get some boxes, but Joe was so knowledgeable and personable that I couldn't help but rent a unit while I was on the property. He helped me find the size unit that works for me at a much better price than I expected, and took a load off my mind in the process. I'd recommend Joe and this facility to anyone.

(November 12, 2014, 12:40 pm)Joe, the Public Storage customer service rep at this facility, could not have been more professional, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He handled a complicate lease contract without once becoming frustrated or flustered. Joe remained polite and calm throughout, answering all of my questions, and seeing the job through to completion. I hope Public Storage knows what an excellent employee he is, and how very rare that is in this day and age. They should use him as the model in their employee training videos.
