  Stopped at Mount Sinai Storage and was pleased to be greeted with a smile by the property manager Alex. He was a pleasure and helped me out with a pmt issue I was having as well. Overheard him on the phone with a customer and he was so pleasant. Nice to see people who enjoy their job and working with the public!

  Had a great experience at this location. The property manager Alex was really welcoming, the guy really knows great customer service. I’d definitely recommend this place just because of him!

  I’ve been at the mount Sinai location for a little while now and the reason I stay instead of going closer to my new house is because Alex. He is the nicest and most professional person you will come across. Will answer any and every question with a smile on his face . Public storage is lucky to have him and I hope they realize this . He is the exact type of person you want being the face of your company and the person you first see and interact with when entering. I could go on and on , thank you Alex and I recommend all friends and family to mount Sinai bc of Alex and the service i know he’ll provide them .
