(April 14, 2023, 3:00 pm)Went to Northport NY location. The manager, Ana, is top notch. She runs a facility that is a great place to rent. She maintains the property, knows all her customers, is helpful and knowledgeable. We have rented for years. This is, hands down, the BEST run facility i have ever seen. And it's all thanks to Ana. GREAT job!!!!

(April 5, 2023, 11:22 am)I recently rented a unit at Public Storage and my experience has been excellent so far. The staff was friendly and helpful during the sign-up process, and the facility was clean and well-maintained.
The security features, such as gated access and surveillance cameras, gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure. Additionally, the climate-controlled units kept my items protected from any extreme temperatures or humidity.
What I appreciated the most was the flexibility in rental options, as I was able to choose a unit size that fit my needs and budget. The online account management system also made it easy to make payments and access my unit information at any time.
Overall, I highly recommend Public Storage for anyone in need of a reliable and convenient storage solution. -
