  Stephanie was very helpful with my experience. I was confused about a few things but she politely explained the process. Great attitude, and a overall pleasant experience. Btw they are cheaper then uhaul 😉

  Wanted to get a bigger storage space and contacted the facility. Stephanie took good care of me. Courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The transaction was so smooth. When I came later on the day to transfer storages, she left me the lock and keys. Thank you so much Stephanie.

  10/10, Stephanie was great. I had an issue where the automated system sent me the wrong access code, she was able to resolve that and get me into my unit with the correct access code. Fantastic customer service
