  I absolutely love the services here. James was absolutely amazing. He listened to my needs and helped me every step of the way. He is very thorough with the products & services; and gave me exactly what I needed A huge plus was, there were no surprise fees upon check in. The first month special was a hit! Staff is friendly, and I am glad I decided to choose this location.

  I was greeted with kindness and a smile from your worker James at store 7571 Ridge Ave he's an amazing employee. He handled my purchase and concerns with great speed and I was very satisfied with the hospitality and the greeting got me at the door. He is a keeper and I think will be a great supervisor one day.

  I had a great experience storing here. When I arrived I walked I was greeted with a warm & friendly greeting from James. He is absolutely fantastic! He has wonderful customer service skills & he is the perfect person to have at the front desk and serving customers storing needs. Thanks James for a wonderful storing experience.

  I've had an amazing experience with this Public Storage location! Every time I arrive it's welcoming, and the customer service is top-tier. Having to deal with the logistics of managing items can be stressful enough, and I'm thankful to have found a place that makes the process seamless.
  
  Also, I want to give a special shoutout to a young man named James. Working with him, in particular, has been a real treat. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and intentional with his customer service. I'd definitely recommend anyone in the area using this location!
