My Dec and Jan payments have been lost but thanks to Jose and Mark the issues have been corrected. Jose should be promoted to manager he is wonderful! Courteous, caring and knowledgable.

She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! The spaces are always clean and the staff is lovely. I can’t recommend this location, or Kimberly, more!

Unfortunately, I moves out because I required storage closer to my store but these beautiful human beings are the definition of customer service, polite, friendly, patient and thoughtful. To think I believed we lost “the sense of “customer service”.
