I called public adjusters ny, they came out, took pictures, assessed the damage and told me not to worry. 3 days later my insurance company's adjuster came to my house, public adjusters ny met them there, they both spoke for a bit and then my insurance company WROTE ME A CHECK ON THE SPOT!! so grateful i called

They came and did a free mold assessment which was nice and then they told me that there is prob. a water leak behind the wall if mold is growing on the outside of it. sure enough a pipe cracked and was leaking water. They filled a claim for me, and i got everything fixed. Great job
