  Amazing job multiple ppl came out to diagnose my system issue of unit freezing.and gave me multiple lies and pete took his time and very honest knowledgeable and figured out the issue and fixed it. The issue ended up to be a electrical wiring problem. This is the second time Pete has saved the day for me. He gets it done right the first time. Thank you Pete

  I called Pete, explained the issue with my water heater and within an hour he had an estimate and we were scheduling for the next day. I work until 4pm and he accommodated me. He was here on time, got right to work. Showed me exactly what was happening. Even made a quick fix on a valve. He was quick, professional and very knowledgeable. I even made a mistake on how I wrote out my check and he called me, laughed with me about my duh moment and met me at a gas station that was on my way home so we could swap my check. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone.

  Pete Tuzzio saved us roughly $17,000 in 2021 when he checked our HVAC. Before jumping into replacing our entire unit, he investigated the problem first and replaced only 2 small items which he ordered directly from the company after thorough research. He performs annual maintenance and have extended the life span of our HVAC. Super grateful for his expertise and patience.
  
  On January 30, 2023 I called Pete to ask if he can help us with our blocked toilet. Pete asked appropriate questions in preparation to coming on site. He fixed the toilet situation on January 31, 2023. Thank heavens he was able to see us the very next day. He made recommendations about adding a clean out and sealant for the toilet. He returned on February 17, 2023 to add a clean out from the house side, repaired a leak with a 2-inch clean out, and toilet wax seal/flange replacement. He did an awesome and quality job with the pipe upgrade/repair. The plumbing upgrade will make future job much easier. He also gives household tips to prevent future plumbing issues.
  
  Pete works fast, neat, is a hard worker and very professional. He works alone, very focus when doing work and doesn't waste time. He's very patient when explaining the plumbing system complete with drawings. He has a scientific approach in diagnosing our HVAC and plumbing situation. Thank you so much Pete for your expertise, experience and top notch quality of work.

  I contacted Mr. Tuzzio about leaks that a prior inspection by my home buyers revealed. Mr. Tuzzio arranged to come by the home the next day to reinspect all of the items that required service by the inspector. Mr. Tuzzio arrived early and was ready to work. We reviewed the inspection list, and he quickly formed a service plan that would allow him to quickly and efficiently inspect and service the items in the report if needed. Mr. Tuzzio explained and talked me through each inspection and service so that I was better informed to report back to my buyers. Mr. Tuzzio is a pleasant professional who performs quality, and affordable work to ensure he's the last plumber you'll need. I was immensely pleased with his service and will surely recommend him to others in need of his assistance.
