I'm very satisfied with the service I receive here. They have given me options on how to build my leg and work with me on test fittings to make sure I'm very comfortable in my prosthetic, I have even tried different designs of the socket so I can feel what works best for me. Overall a very professionally ran office.
As an amputee with a lot of experience I can honestly say that POA is SECOND TO NONE!!! the care that I get here is consistently more than I expect to receive. If you are having issues finding a good prosthetic/orthotic practice look no further. Thanks to them I will be running a 5k just 2 years after my amputation! Th a k you guys for everything!!!!
I am so impressed by the people working here. They listened to all of my concerns and really were great about helping me reach my goals. They gave great recommendations on ways to improve my life and stay healthy. They are always nice when I call and ask questions. I had some health issues come up and they were very patient with me. I felt like they listened to what I needed and helped to coach me through the best options. They really care about people here.
Simply one of the most professional and caring facilities I have ever encountered. After my leg amputation, this firm was reccomended. They significantly reduced my anxiety and concerns by their attention. Eric is my prothetic agent and he goes above and beyond. I am walking today, thanks to POA.
I came here really gun shy after my last prosthetist. The staff is so friendly and helpful with everything from fitting to talking to insurance companies. My current prosthetist worked with me for over 6 months trying out a newer system and getting it to fit perfectly. They are thorough and have outstanding knowledge of cutting edge technologies.
