  I had a sewer line leak in the downstairs on my home. My insurance company came out immediately and cut a check so fast I barely knew what happened. Then I started getting quotes for the repair work and discovered that we were miles apart. I had to pause on making the repairs and reach out to a PA. I found PLA, based on reviews, and gave them a call. I totally get that the insurance industry typically holds back 20%-ish, to help protect against various issues and allow for more to be identified as work begins. I was astonished that PLA were able to get not 50% more, not 100% more, but.... 220% more money for my repairs. They even got money to cover some work that the insurance agent told me to my face with a smile.... was 100% NOT covered by insurance. This was the first homeowners claim I have ever had to place and I will never again go through the experience without a Public Adjuster first.
  
  The PLA team was communicative and helped to identify every detail that needed to be considered. I am 100% satisfied with my decision to hire PLA to help fight for what the insurance company was clearly willing to leave in their own pockets.

  Vishal, Maureen and his team are amazing. I am not sure how I would have ever gotten through my claim without them. They are very detailed oriented, dedicated to ensuring you understand the process, claim throughout the whole ordeal. Vishal came the same day I called him and walked me through the whole process and gave me the understanding I needed. I would highly recommend PLA to everyone!! It's great to have the experts you need on your side against insurance companies!!

  I am lucky to have found Property Loss Advisors team when water tank burst in my basement. I was feeling very terrible after seeing water all over the basement and I found out about the Property Loss Advisors from a close friend. They provided same day services after I made my first call to them. Everything about the experience was so professional. Vishal came out to inspect the damage that was done and assured me that him and his team would help all the way. All the members from the team provided an excellent support and communication throughout. I also had damage to rooftop from the windy storm and I knew that I could reach out to PLA and team, and they will come out and they did. I was able to get full support for the damage that was caused to roof. I highly recommended them for property damage from wind or flood. Call them once when you are in these situations, and they will send the help on your way!

  Vishal and Maureen, Thank you so much .You guys are just amazing. I can't even think how i could have handled the Insurance adjusters without you guys being there and assessing everything. I knew nothing about how insurance works in US and just stumbled on your website while trying to find out how to deal with my property loss/insurance and found Vishal. Called him once - and from day 1 he was just amazing , even went out of country and he just took care of everything. Maureen - the way she handled all documentations with my insurance company and my leasing office was absolutely great. You guys absolutely know this game.

  PLA and their team is totally professional and excellent at what they do. I had very little knowledge about such kind of property loss advisory services. Visha's name was refereed to me during an off the cuff chat with my neighbors. I always filed my own property loss claims myself and always felt that insurance companies short changed my damages - lol.
  
  Here comes PLA and Vishal - who know how to negotiate and push back with the big insurance companies on your behalf. Right after PLA assessed my damages they got working and while the paper work was still being filed, they arranged for temporary clean up. The clean up folks. assessors were thoroughly professional, experienced and performed their work in a timely manner. All in all, I would recommend PLA advisors to any one to reach out to for property damage claims. My insurance company would not have reimbursed full amount of damages, if Vishal and his team had NOT stepped in. This I know for a fact as I am still paying out my pocket for damages that occurred during Sandy :-(, when the insurances companies gave me a run around and eventually paid only 60-70% of damages.
