  I had flood in my bathroom because my neighbor had bathtub leak.Promore provided mitigation services 10/10.The explained step by step .They did professional job.Really I would like to recommend them 100%.

  We bought an old house that had a mold issue, and interviewed a number of different mold removal companies, all of whom returned with ridiculous quotes. In our desperation we went on Thumbtack and found Promore restoration. We reached out to a couple of former clients of theirs who were extremely complimentary about the quality of their work and strong work ethic. They were efficient, ethical, honest, and more importantly, did not come back with a ripoff quote. The work they did was so outstanding that we actually ended up giving them more restoration work in other areas of the house. Patrick and his compatriot showed that they genuinely cared about the overall condition of our house, going so far as to clean up the work on the house (we had tried to do some mold removal in our garage ourselves as we were on a tight budget and could not afford a whole house cleanup). We could not recommend these guys more.

  We had mold in our boiler room. Promore came quickly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a fair estimate for remediation. They were available to do the work right away, and finished in less than a day. Plus they did a fantastic job patching up drywall and cleaning up, leaving our basement better than when they got here. Highly recommend calling them anytime you have water damage or mold issues.

  The Promore team are nothing short of miracle workers. They have a unique combination of mold remediation and contracting skills. We hired them to gut an entire floor of our building and do extensive remediation in our 150 year old basement. They tackled the exceptionally challenging job with ease and worked quickly and professionally. Their work was half the time and the third of the price than we were quoted from other providers. They are honest and straight forward, which was not what we found with any of their competitors. On top of it all they are friendly and genuinely good people. They went above and beyond for our 84 year old neighbor- Ensuring her place was restored better than ever, and she was back in her home quickly. They’re excellent communicators and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
