  Overall the customer service here is very pleasant. Charlie is always very happy and cordial and the dry cleaning prices are very fair and comparable to what I've seen elsewhere. The alterations to a dress I brought were of quality, but the price was very steep. I've taken other dresses to dry cleaners to get them hemmed, and it has never cost me more than $60. The dress I recently brought cost $95 here. I didn't ask what the price would be beforehand because she tells you that she has to see it first and do all of her measurements and such. She had already finished marking up the dress by the time she told me it was $95, else I would have taken it elsewhere. She did add a hook above the zipper, but I didn't ask her to do that so I think it should have been included for free. Or maybe just give the customer a clear explanation of which alteration cost what so the customer can decide what they want/can afford. She also seemed a bit disgruntled that I arrived at 4:30 when I had called beforehand and said I would be arriving at 4:30 and they said it was okay. I consider myself pretty lucky that I get home from work by 4:30 on a weekday, so I don't know what other people do when they have to work until 5:00. I will keep coming back here for dry cleaning services but unfortunately I simply cannot afford the alterations.

  I love doing business Charlie Victoria and Maria because they are professionals in their field of dry cleaning and seamstress/alterations. They also understand the value of customer service and they also understand the value of building good relationships with their customers. I had a suit and they fixed a torn seam, but then I got more value and knowledge from him about my suit. Love local businesses.

  Wonderfully friendly owners, and very efficient. I needed dress pants and a dress shirt within 24 hours, it was ready in plenty of time- pressed and cleaned perfectly.
  
  Highly recommended, they did not charge extra for the fast service.

  I was running late today and called ahead and the owner personally waited for me. Customer service doesn’t exist in our world today only at the professional dry cleaners in Clinton, NJ.
  
  European craftsmen work here and treat you like family and treat all of my custom-made suits with particular care and least harmful “old-world” practices as it shows with my 10+ year old suits.
  
  Homemade rice pudding at Christmastime too! You won’t be disappointed.
  
  Now if you want a fast, chemical-treated, 24-hour rapid service, this isn’t your kind of place.

  Charlie is amazing! Hands down the best experience I have had at a dry cleaners. I needed three shirts to be pressed and have patches added to the sleeves all in one day. I had stressed that I needed them done in one day and Charlie said no problem! When all the other local dry cleaners told me it would take up to two weeks to have them completed. I dropped them off in the morning and they were completed within 5 hours of dropping them off. Best place in town! Will definitely use them again.
