  Evan has a very non-judgmental and educational approach to health and wellness coaching. He explains why you may be engaging in certain habits, not just why it's important to change them. He is super supportive of his clients and his coaching is very effective.

  I came to join ProAttitudes because I was tired of all the fad diets and gimmicks for weight loss out there. Evan seemed to genuinely understand that I wanted a lifestyle change not another diet. I was tired of the yo-yo life. (lose weight...gain it back) This cycle had to break. Through the ProAttitudes program I've learned how to think about food and hunger in very different ways. I'm not addicted to the mental cycle of food anymore. I am a work in progress but I now have the foundation to build a healthy relationship with food from the ground up. I'm no longer worried about the next fad diet or compare myself to others. I am on a journey to wellness that fits me and my life. I'm getting off the fat-go-round and learning how to really take care of me. Thank you Evan!

  I’ve been working with evan for the past seven months. My challenge has been working on getting my A1C under control. During COVID it raised to 14. Through his guidance and working through his program I’m more confident and what I eat has changed greatly. Just got my test results - my A1C is 6.8. Very happy and excited to keep it there.
