Just want to share my experience with Pro Fit and it's extremely positive. These people went above and beyond to make my prosthetic as perfect as possible. As someone who has struggled with fit for the past 10 years I am extremely grateful that these people just never gave up when I wanted to throw in the towel long ago. Nothing was ever to much trouble and they didn't give up until it was right. I would like to recognize Doug as he is the man. Period.

So this is my third time dealing with Pro Fit for a knee brace, and I will tell you I couldn't be happier with the result. I have been trying to get a knee brace for months and have been fighting with Medicare and the insurance company. Both Noel and Doug worked tirelessly to make sure I was able to get my brace and that it fit perfectly. Unfortunately businesses like this are caught in the middle of the insurance war, but they never once told me "it is what it is." They kept in contact with my doctor to obtain the proper documentation and followed through to make sure I got what I needed. I highly recommend doing business with this company and please feel free to contact me should you have any questions!

I have just seen this Review Section & thought I would add my grateful "Two Cents" here.
I am a January, 2022 double amputee (below the knees) and could not
be happier with this Company! They have made the "prosthetics process" more positive & fun than one could imagine.
Doug D. (my "Leg Man" - don't tell him I call him that!) just got me on
"on my new feet" this month! It has been 1 full year since I walked (due to a too long hospitalization).
If I sound deleriously happy, I am! I know I sound like I "hit the Egg
Nog" too much, however, I cannot believe my good fortune in dealing with Doug D. (My "Leg Man") and Noel and Jessica (Office Staff) this year! Along with their professionalism & promptness, their positivity got me through what could have been a "dark time".
I cannot thank them enough for the Sunshine they brought
and continue to bring into my world.
Now...Hoping to walk through the New Year
with a smile (put on my face by my "Pro Fit People" ( Doug D., Noel & Jessica)!
