  I had an amazing experience with Jaime! I wasn’t sure what to expect for my psych k session but it was just what I needed. And Jaime was just the person I needed for it. She made me feel comfortable and held space for me for me to do what I had to do. I’m very grateful for the whole experience.

  I visited Jamie yesterday. I am mature and have been an athlete and avid weight lifter for many decades. Jamie was very very knowledgeable and worked with me with communication and her knowledge of the human body. It has been a long time since I had a massage. I truly needed one. I realized this morning when I worked out how beneficial getting a massage from her was! I got a pump in my back almost doing the first set. That is not that easy for me anymore. I know my body well and know how it reacts to different movements. Feeling certain contractions was easier this morning. So for me I feel blessed I met her. I would like to work Jamie into a regular massage schedule for maintenance. Thank you so much for taking the time!

  I had a great massage! Jamie was very strong and steady during the massage. The atmosphere felt clean, beautiful, and comfortable.

  Since having kids, I have gained weight and my body has taken "four kids in 6 years" worth of beating. I have been so self conscious I wouldn't schedule a massage or do anything self care wise but my husband, knowing this, scheduled a deep tissue massage for me. I was so anxious and worried about how it would go especially with my insecurities but she is so kind, so welcoming, so calming. She actually put me at ease within minutes and it has invigorated me and has encouraged me to care for myself.The space was perfect. The massage was incredible. She was so aware and in tune with what I needed and has made my day. Probably my year 😆. I've already recommended her. And I will definately be back. Thanks to my hubby for scheduling, and to her for making my birthday wonderful and making me feel great both physically and mentally.
