  After purchasing tub and filling it I called and spoke to Jennifer who couldn't have been more accommodating. She literally showed up the next morning before she went to work to give us a walk thru/demonstration and show us how to treat the water as she added the chemicals and wrote on every bottle the amounts and how often. Very helpful and did her best to simplify for us newbies to a hot tub. Awesome customer service! Professional and personable.

  We had a great experience at Prisco. Jenny made everything straightforward and simple. She is extremely knowledgeable and fun to be around, which made our evening at the showroom really great. We tried out the different models and were able to understand the differences for ourselves. Jenny was very accommodating and let us get in all the ones we were interested in. We ended our visit with a clearly itemized quote for the models we liked. We are so looking forward to getting into our new spa in our yard!

  Awesome experience. Great location and prices. Jenny was so helpful and detailed. I never felt pushed or rushed rather informed. She kept me posted on the status of my order and checked on us after the delivery. Definitely someone I trust with a purchase that literally changed our lives. I am in love with my spa and I use it almost everyday. Highly recommend Prisco Hot Tubs to anyone looking to enhance their lives with a Spa. My kids and I just love it. We now have something we can use year round. Here’s a winter pic. I can’t say enough! Go get one!!!!!!!

  I recently got my hot tub repaired at Prisco Hot Tubs and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment we met, I was greeted with friendly smiles and excellent customer service. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the right solution for my needs.

  Prisco Hot Tubs in Greenwich is top notch and worth the wait. Jenny was great throughout the entire process and made sure we got the right hot tub for the family. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were ready from pre-delivery prep, installation, chemicals and troubleshooting. She always got back to us in a timely manner and can tell she takes pride in her work and the company. The delivery crew was amazing, professional and did a great job getting it into place. Tyrone showed up the next day once we had it filled with water and walked me through all the chemicals and maintenance. He was very nice, on time and knowledgeable. Family was in the hot tub that night. If you are looking for a quality hot tub with amazing service go see Jenny, Tyrone and the team and you will not be disappointed.
