(February 28, 2023, 1:40 pm)On 2/23/2023 I walked into Prisco Appliance reluctant because of the experience I have had with two other appliance stores in Westchester County that were not helpful. As the Senior VP for a large agency I went to purchase two electric stoves to convert our current system to electric. I have to say Allison was "The Best" and was very helpful in getting my agency two electric stoves. I have never had such a refreshing experience with ordering an appliance and she really went over and above my expectations from my past experiences with ordering an appliance. For that, Prisco Appliance can expect my agency to purchase a lot more stoves within the next 6-8 months. There should be more sales people like Allison. I do not normally post but feel I had to thank Prisco Appliance and Allison.

No pressure sales and extremely knowledgable and patient, taking time with customers to make the right choice in appliances. The delivery team went above and beyond - not to mention arriving earlier than original time window - and were very thorough and complete installing our new washer and dryer! Thank you!

(June 17, 2022, 8:01 pm)I purchased a fridge from Prisco Appliances through their salesperson Allison. She was knowledgeable and responsive. She was able to get the model of refrigerator for my mother at a fair price quickly and got it delivered on my schedule. The installers called me and let me know their eta, took their time to do the job and even pointed out that the old fridge had been a potential fire hazard. Allison even put on the receipt to make sure to treat us like VIP's. Thanks Allison.
