  I first met Jay and his wife when I stopped into the store to ask if they cleaned rugs (they do, by hand). There was a large collection of Orientals displayed, so I told my wife who was looking for a stair runner. Jay brought over several items, but none would quite fit. After a long search he found the right item that is pretty much ideal.
  
  Jay and his wife are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. Their prices are fair for the quality of the product. We had previously looked at samples of other not much cheaper carpets and there was no comparison. Princeton Rug Gallery’s products are the real thing.
  
  The runner was installed on a Sunday by Mike and Rich. Both men were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They arrived on time and were finished ahead of schedule. Both men are also a lot of fun to be around, they seem to enjoy people’s company.
  
  I would definitely recommend Jay and Princeton Rug Gallery if you are looking for this type of product. Excellent selection and service.

  Princeton Rug gallery were wonderful to work with , helpful & knowledgeable. Cleaned & repaired our carpet.. Have another rug to be cleaned & will definitely take it to them

  Maryam and Jalil were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not imagine being happier with my purchase. They came to the house to "try it out", moved the furniture around it, educated me on the history of Persian rugs, and generally made me feel very cared for throughout the whole process. Thank you! I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

  Great experience at Princeton Rug Gallery. I was looking to replace my dinning room rug for a while and couldn't find the right one. Jay and Maryam found the perfect rug for me. They just called me one day to tell me that they have the perfect one for me. And it was!! Size, color design !!!! Thank you!!!!!
