  After extensive search for the best neurosurgeon, we found Dr. John D. Lipani (MD, PhD) of Princeton Neurological Surgery. It has been proven that Dr. Lipani is a truly amazing neurosurgeon. He is the best!!! Words cannot express our gratitude to Dr. John D. Lipani for curing our son by performing a successful ACDF. Immediately after the surgery, our son’s symptoms have significantly improved. Our son now is three weeks post op and continues to recover well.
  
  In addition to his world-class skills, Dr. Lipani has a great compassion for his patients. He gave us his cell phone number so we can text or call him at any time when we have questions. He also helped our son tremendously about the insurance. Dr. Lipani is very patient when answering our questions.
  
  Dr. Lipani is the best neurosurgeon in the world!!! I wish I could give Dr. Lipani 1 million stars.
  
  Dr. Lipani has the best team. Ms. Kathleen Bonner (RN, BSN), the Administrative Director and Clinical Manager, has been incredibly helpful and kind to our son. She has a lot of knowledge in solving both clinical and medical insurance issues. Everything she does is above and beyond. She is so compassionate and caring.
  
  Princeton Neurological Surgery is definitely the best medical practice we would recommend to our relatives, friends, and anyone else.

  I am not sure how to thank Dr. Lipani for giving me my life back!
  From the first day I went to Dr. Lipani, I felt his compassion for what he does. After 8 months of excruciating pain he made me fell like there was light at the end of the tunnel. He explained everything that was going to be done during my surgery, performed my surgery and gave me the BEST aftercare anyone can asked for.
  I HAVE MY LIFE BACK 🥹😄

  When I called Princeton Neurological Surgery, Kathy answered and was the first person who really seemed to care. When I met with Dr Lipani, he listened closely to me with undivided attention. Once he diagnosed the issue, he clearly and confidently explained what he would do. I knew this was the team I needed. Throughout my recovery they were only a phone call away, both Kathy and Dr Lipani. Thanks to them I am back to Playing a level of golf that I never thought would be possible. I would highly recommend them.

  If possible, I would give 10 stars. I could never find adequate words to say how phenomenal the level of care was that I received from Dr. Lipani. From the day I had my first consult with him, through testing, surgery and post op care - he's one in a million. I thank God my husband found him. After calling 4 highly rated neurosurgeons because I could hardly walk, Kathy (administrative director and clinical manager) was the only one to call us back. She is incredible - beyond words. She is always one step ahead and works so incredibly hard - she did not make one promise she couldn't keep. There was no stone left unturned before I was wheeled into surgery. They're a great team. I have no regrets and would recommend Princeton Neurological Surgery to anyone and everyone. I'm 5 months post surgery - I haven't felt this great in over a decade.

  There are truly no words how wonderful Dr Lipani is and Kathy,
  Both are so compassionate , patient and kind .
  Dr Lipani made sure I had the best care I could ever imagine , my surgery took longer than expected , he explained everything he had to do for me to relieve the pressure in my spinal cord , it was emergent surgery I wasn’t nervous , I knew I was in the best care I could find in the state of New Jersey . I adore both Dr Lipani and Kathy , I highly recommend his practice to many friends and family , if my children needed this kind of surgery I would not think twice about whom would take care of my children. I know they would be in excellent hands .
  Thank you Dr Lipani and Kathy , you both are angels in earth .
