My dad just spent 10 weeks in Princeton Care Center, rehabbing after a couple of bad falls. He left after he was diagnosed with axional neuropathy. It took some time to figure out what was wrong with him -- but in those 10 weeks, Princeton Care Center took very good care of him.
The facility is clean, quiet, and well-staffed. What I like best about Princeton Care is that it’s run by a family, the Bogners, and they are Johnny on the spot whenever there’s a problem. This sets Princeton Care apart from other rehab centers I’ve had dealings with. Many are run by big corporate chains. When there’s a problem, good luck getting it attended to.
Because it’s run by a family, however, Princeton Care is very responsive. Looking after older people is not an easy job, and inevitably problems occur. There’s trouble with the shower, or a nurse isn’t careful as she should be getting a patient out of bed – these things arise in all rehab centers. But the difference is that when you bring the problems to management’s attention at Princeton Care, they get solved--and quickly.
So I am grateful for their care of my dad, and I can recommend them and the Bogners without hesitation. Thanks to their attention to detail and their owner-operator mentality, they do a good job in a tough field.
