  I recently had my HVAC and furnace replaced at my home by Princeton Air and I must commend their outstanding service from start to finish. Their team demonstrated a thorough understanding of the work require taking the time to explain in detail all aspects of the work , options available and the recommendations , which I greatly appreciated. Though I had initially requested quote from them in November 2022, I did not start the project immediately because of other priorities at my end . But they followed up to understand my schedule and worked accordingly
  
  After the installation was complete, their attention to detail was evident in their cleanup – they left the space just as neat as it was when they arrived. The peace of mind knowing that professionals handled this job has been invaluable. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism, punctuality, and dedication to customer service
  
  One area of improvement/ suggestion - the price they quoted did not include rebate that I receive. I had to call after which they checked the rebate and included . This is something they can be proactive about instead of having to wait for customer to find .
  
  I would definitely recommend them for the HVAC/ furnance related work

  The technicians are super professional. Their prices are competitive. Their customer service is cordial. They call to remind you to do AC/heating system maintenance as part of their annual plan, which is easy to forget (some competitors do not remind you and you end up paying for a service you do not use). Totally recommend them!

  I had a great experience with the technician Brett Cocci’s from Princeton Air. My furnaces have 2 condensate pumps, one of which is always making lots of noise. Brett worked with me on 6/27/23 to get a reduced parts and labor price and relocated and replaced the pump. I highly recommend him — ask for Brett when you call Princeton Air. -Mike Bushnell

  So professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed. To make it even more impressive, a good part of the repair was performed outside in the rain. Great job, great personnel, one very happy camper!

  Our condo units AC wasn’t working and the cooling unit was on the roof and pseg wasn’t willing to go up! Princeton airs technician Francis was very helpful in diagnosing the issue. They gave an appointment within 3 hours and came on time with advance notice. Francis walked us through the issue in detail and gave us multiple options both short term and long with clear explanations. He was both thorough and patient and was able to fix the issue in a satisfactory manner. Thank you for the service.
