  We went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at PRIME. The service was outstanding , and the food was absolutely delicious.
  We will definitely visit this place on our next trip to NY.

  Prime is truly a culinary gem located in the heart of Huntington, NY. As a professional consumer of all things delicious, I can say with absolute confidence that Prime exceeded all of my expectations.
  
  From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hostess was incredibly accommodating, despite our party arriving late. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent drink and menu recommendations that perfectly complemented our evening.
  
  Speaking of drinks, the Teller's old fashioned and the revival were two of the best cocktails I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The balance of flavors and expertly crafted mixology was simply outstanding.
  
  The starters were equally impressive. The spicy triple roll, California king roll, and shrimp and lobster wontons were all expertly prepared, with flavors that exploded in our mouths. The mains were no less impressive, with the striped bass cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the pumpkin spiced squash puree and winter relish turnip vinaigrette. The porterhouse for two was an absolute showstopper, with every bite melting in our mouths.
  
  Even with a minor hiccup with the lobster rolls, the restaurant's exceptional customer service more than made up for it. We were delighted to receive a generous gift card for the birthday girl, a kind gesture that truly set Prime apart from other restaurants.
  
  The crispy Brussels sprouts and whipped potatoes were equally divine, with each bite bursting with flavor. And let's not forget about dessert - the triple berry compote NY cheesecake was the perfect sweet ending to a perfect meal.
  
  Overall, Prime is a must-visit for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. The expertly crafted cocktails, exceptional food, and outstanding service make Prime stand out as one of the best restaurants in the area. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

  Wonderful experience overall! Our waiter, Qendrim, was super, from the attention to detail and service to all his great recommendations. Our first time eating at prime was just as good as I had anticipated. We were a big group and all our food and drinks came out on time. Must try the caramelized fig prosciutto app. Lobster mac and cheese also a great choice. Loved their version of old fashioned

  Such a good place!! I visited this place with my boyfriend for our anniversary and all the people of the place made it very special and unforgettable, complimentary Prosecco, a nice personalized note for the occasion, also in the dessert, the food simply delicious.. in a few words everything was perfect! I wouldn't have asked for more. It is the best place for important celebrations, they really make sure that you have a good time and that you always remember it.

  The ambience was spot on and the reservation process went smooth, the server Anthony was friendly and provided decent service. The gnocchi appetizer was out of this world so much flavor one of the biggest reasons for my rating, the steaks were a bit pricey but good enough for what I paid for. I was extremely disappointed with the desserts as they came out frozen solid in a fricken upscale place. But they saved their rating by not charging me for either of my desserts almost 30$ in loss which I respect greatly. Manager ran the place quite smoothly. This place is very expensive at-least $150 a head so bring cash if you want to dine here. Just don’t get desserts unless you really want some as they are frozen overall good experience, I’d come back in the summertime as the back is very nice.
