    Amber Dessalines is Amazing!! I felt I tried everything to lose weight so thought I plateau. She guided me through their weightloss program which pretty much taught me how to eat and maintain the weightloss. I am extremely appreciative and recommend their program for anyone struggling with weightloss.

    Dr. Dessalines is a great doctor. He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues and ensures follow up care. All of the staff have been helpful, kind and patient. I would highly recommend Primary Care First to anyone.

    My every experience at Primary Care First has been beyond my expectations; from regular doctor visits to specific illness, diagnostic, and emergency care. I have never engaged in such a patient centered health care facility. This practice gives me hope in American health care in the future. The entire staff is intelligent and well education. You would think that is a given; but in my experience it is amazing how the opposite is true. This is a practice that puts action to theory and philosophy. I recently completed a medically supervised weight loss program with Amber Desselines. I gained weight during the pandemic and gave up hope of returning to a healthy weight. I fell in a parking lot and was unable to get up. My husband drove me to Primary Care First where I was treated immediately. Since then, with the guidance of Amber, I have lost the weight I gained during the pandemic and I feel great. I was never hungry. I am deeply grateful for the existence of this humanistic and modern up to date and timely practice.

    There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr Dessalines and his wife Amber. They are thoughtful and caring and Dr. takes his time and is extremely thorough. They are a wonderful team and not only offer wonderful Healthcare, but now they also offer lasers and different options for outer appearance as well as weight loss. I will be using all of it.
    I highly recommend Primary Care first if you are looking for a wonderful family physician. I am picky, and honestly I could not be happier. They are the BEST!

    Dr. Dessalines is a wonderful doctor he took great care of me when I was in the hospital and I decided to make him my primary care doctor and I so glad I did. Dr.Dessalines and his office staff make me feel welcome and comfortable at his office and they even remember me every time I come for my visit. I will never go back to a large office where you have to wait hours before being seen and they don’t even remember who you are. I am lucky to find an office who actually cares about their patients.Thank you Dr. Dessalines :)
