  I was recommended Jessica as a therapist by a friend. I was looking for a therapist to talk through a number of stressful life events, as well as to find tools and methods to move through some past microtraumas and events. Working with Jessica has been a soothing pleasure, and I feel like I have seen great growth in my mindset and how I handle my life. I always look forward to our sessions. Her office is cozy and clean, and I love that she has additional background in ayurvedic, and other holistic health practices. Jessica is a beautiful, caring human and I definitely recommend her!

  Following much loss and struggling to move forward, I started to work with Jessica to regain my center. Her compassionate and holistic approach has been soothing, productive and most importantly healing. She is deeply intuitive, encouraging and gifted.   I cannot say enough about the professionalism and caring spirit of Jessica Grant. I hired Jessica to work with a close family member and she impressed me from the beginning.
