Prestige auto service is the place to go if you what good quality work done on your car. Sammy is very honest and 100% thorough. He explains everything in detail to the customer. He also backs his work. I would highly recommend him and his team for any repairs that you need done.
I'm new to the area and was in need of a good and honest repair shop. I searched on Google for repair shop near me, and was prompted to Prestige Auto Service. I'm a female and wanted a trusted repair shop. I had read their reviews and decided to give them a try. I called the shop and spoke to the owner direct about my concerns about the vehicle. He listened to my vehicles problems and gave me an appointment. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
Upon my appointment, the shop owner took the time to show me exactly what parts of the vehicle were defective and needed replacing. I was also, provided with pictures and videos after leaving my vehicle with them. The service was beyond my expectations.
I'm very pleased with the service provided from Prestige Auto Service. I have a peace of mind my vehicle is in good hands. Sam, the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us out tremendously with both our cars and was very understanding to our situation. He did a full transmission replacement on my car and a full brake job and work up on my husbands. He went above and beyond as to look over every inch of my husbands car to identify anything and everything that would eventually need to be repaired (it’s a 2013) and provided us with videos and pictures at no cost to us. It’s so refreshing to have great customer service in this day and age. Will definitely be a life long customer of prestige auto for all our car needs!
Sam has done a lot of work on our cars over the last few years. He’s honest, reliable, and he doesn’t try to take advantage of his customers. They are always reasonably priced for services. Another shop quoted me more than twice as much as Prestige for silly swapping my snow wheel tires on and taking the all season off. I know I’m in good hands when I take my car here. It also helps that his business is two doors down from me so I can roll my car over if I ever needed to lol.
