My experience in calling/making my appointment was positive, as was when I arrived, and until my appointment ended.

I appreciated having the biopsy process explained to me, before having it done, having Dr. Hapner answer my questions, and reassure me about the concerns that I had expressed.

Always a great experience! Staff are professional, get to you in a timely manner, and are polite. I’ve been going to Dr.Hapner for close to 15 years and wouldn’t choose anyone else. He listens to questions and concerns, suggests solutions, and cares about his patients. I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

Dr Hapner is amazing, compassionate and thorough. Ella, at the front desk, went above and beyond. She was able to get me in ASAP knowing that I needed an appointment in order to proceed with cancer treatments.
