(August 30, 2020, 9:04 am)I was very pleased with this company. Technician showed up within a days notice, first thing in the morning. He was extremely cautious, practicing social distancing and wearing a mask. He explained what he was going to do for our yellow jacket nest issue and gave us advice in terms of protecting our pets. He also explained that due to a rainy day and that application may wash away, if the problem persisted, he would come back at no charge. Top notch company!

(September 24, 2019, 3:04 pm)This is the only time that I've changed my mind (and my review) completely based on how the company engaged with me as a customer. Premier Pest has now handled all manner of critters for me - moles, voles, bats, etc. There was a time when I was frustrated with them, but it was never because of the quality of their work. When I voiced my frustration, the company owner personally stepped in with purpose and sincerity. He fixed the situation personally and his team has done an excellent job on everything else since then. I trust them in my house, I believe they are experts in what they do, and I recommend them as a company with integrity and a leadership presence who cares about doing the right thing. What more can you want?

The office staff was very polite and worked with me to arrange an appointment that fit my schedule. I will definitely recommend Premier Pest Control to my family and friends!

(September 9, 2019, 5:32 pm)We contacted other companies who either didn’t return our calls or gave us quotes that where much higher. Premier pest where very professional and clean. They arrived at the agreed upon appointment time and completed the job far exceeding our expectations. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my extermination needs.
