Very satisfied with my meeting with Jason today. He explained in detail why after 7 weeks from my surgery date the reason that I am still feeling discomfort in my shoulder and that I am actually making good progress.

He was thorough and very informative.

He was great. Took his time and explained my situation thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The girls at the front desk were also amazing. The location is also beautiful. Overall I had a great first experience! I would highly recommend.

I had a good visit. However, the pre diagnostic process was a nightmare. I was sent the I correct Rx's 3 times and called to question their accuracy twice before going to the radiology site. When I arrived, the radiologist called the Premier to question the accuracy of the orders that were sent from Wendy Perez Cruz at Premier. I had to wait for correct Rx's to be faxed to SJRA.
Even then, one of the orders was not sent at all. I had incomplete studies to present at the time of my initial appt. On 3/29.
