  I love Premier Athletic Club I learn to swim 🏊‍♀️ and workout 🏋️‍♂️ by personal trainer which I paid for which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHICH I ENJOY! The rate went up and now it $99 I use to pay $95 monthly!

  I'm 41 and had taken multiple years off of working out. In the 11 months that I have trained with Michael (3X per week) I have made tremendous gains. Went from 225lbs at over 20% body fat to 209lbs at 11% body fat. My lifts are all greater than what I did in college where I was a division 1 decathlete. Wish I had him as a strength coach back then. Thank you Michael for everything!

  Good gym with a lot of stuff just just wish you had modern cardio equipment, but they got a great selection of other stuff like weights, pools, sauna, steam room. They even have racquetball and pickle ball!!!!! I love this gym the staff is great and the locker rooms are clean, top gym in the Hudson Valley. They also have awesome Trainers, Nicole is highly recommended.

  Great place to be fit. Clean. Has 2 Indoor pools a hot tub, outdoor pools for summer time. Dry and a steam sauna in locker rooms. Clean showers, they provide soap, shampoo conditioner. Provide with tennis lessons, and massage services. It’s a little out dated but clean
