  Maggie’s floor Pilates class is definitely one of the best parts of my week! She is by far one of the best instructors I’ve had! Because she has a background in physical therapy she can explain how the exercises and movements impact the health of my muscles and body. Her classes are challenging and gratifying- not only do I feel better and stronger but I’ve noticed that my body is in the best shape its been in for some years now.

  I am so glad I found Maggie and that I started doing Pilates!! Pilates has really helped me strengthen my mind-body connection! Maggie is super knowledgeable and kind! I appreciate her expertise; Pilates has been a life saver! Thank you! ❤️

  Maggie has been my pilates instructor for about 4 years. I love her reformer classes and always feel so much better afterwards. The Saturday morning zoom mat classes are challenging. And what’s better than not leaving your living room to do your Pilates class! I recommend trying out either of these classes, or both!

  Love Pilates with Maggie! Maggie is so knowledgeable and welcoming, and can work with people at all levels. My posture is straighter and waist is slimmer since doing group reformer classes and private tower sessions. I have seen vast improvements in flexibility. Every workout is like a physical therapy session, and I leave in a wonderful mood. Thanks Maggie

  Maggie has been my Pilates instructor for over a year now. As a woman in her 40s, I want to stay fit and healthy for as long as possible, and working with Maggie has allowed me to gain strength, flexibility, and mobility. My body feels amazing after a session with her! She pairs challenging exercises with gentle encouragement and valuable information about the many benefits of Pilates. My fitness routine would not be complete without her!
