  If you are interested in quality and classy looking shower doors that won’t leak this is the place for you. We were finishing off a master bathroom renovation and installed a high end Kohler Digital Shower system in a 4 X 7 foot shower. We were looking for special glass enclosures like we had seen in magazines and Precision Glass had a wonderful showroom where you could see all of the options installed. Fortunately we went to talk to Tom in his showroom just before we demolished the old bathroom and started the project. He had some great advice regarding how to install the sills properly horizontally as well as vertically for the best look and to avoid water leaking out onto the main floor of the bathroom. When we were looking at plumbing fixtures and shower systems at plumbing supply houses the sales person there said she loves the look of her glass doors and panels but admitted they always leak out onto the floor. We had experienced that at almost every high end hotel that had fancy glass doors which was a concern.
  Tom advised us how to avoid water leaks and gave us a quote immediately. We shopped around at a few other glass experts but their stuff looked like something you would see in Lowes. Their glass was thinner and the hardware looked cheap and I didn’t think it would hold up long term. Their prices were less expensive but the quality wasn’t there and they were selling 3/8 inch glass with low end hardware and Tom was selling half inch glass with appropriate hardware to move that heavy duty glass. Yes you still get what you pay for these days. The installation went well and the glass doors and panel above the knee wall looked fantastic. However when we looked at the polished chrome hardware there was a slight cosmetic plating defect right in the middle of the doorway. I pointed it out to the installer and he thought it was just some excess silicone but couldn’t get it off with solvent. He asked me to wait a few days for the silicone to dry and try it again. He came by with another solvent and it was still there. They immediately ordered a new bar and installed it a week later. They showed exceptional customer service by addressing the problem immediately and the new bar was perfect. Tom definitely differentiated himself from his competition and his products were obviously a cut above. But he really showed what a class operation they are by fixing the problem rather than offering a discount for me to accept the slight cosmetic defect. Tom wanted it done right and to our satisfaction and that is as good as it gets. We are very happy with the glass doors and hardware and were very relieved that no water leaks out on the floor at all.

  Precision did a beautiful job on my glass shower doors. From start to finish, everyone, from the owner, to the installers are kind and professional. The glass is crystal clear and it really finished off the bathroom. I will be using them again for my other bathrooms and mirrors and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to my friends.

  I have done two homes with Precision handling the shower doors in both and the balcony glass as well in the other. My experience was nothing short of stellar! On time, perfect fitment and very professional installers.

  I had all my shower doors and mirrors done by Precision Shower Doors. I can not be more satisfied with the quality of their product and the professional staff and installers they have. It was worth a few extra dollars to do it right.

  You want the best? Best truly frameless glass enclosures. Best no pressure sales experience. Best installation......5 Stars all the way. There was a small warranty issue after 1 year.....it was taken care of immediately......no questions asked!! Go see Tom @ Precision.
