Alex was so awesome! I go to CrossFit Delco and a lot of our people go to and recommended Alex. He not only helped relieve the pain and tightness in my shoulder to prepare me for an upcoming competition, but he also reassured me and eased my mind that I wouldn’t be doing further damage to it by competing. I appreciate his attentiveness, confidence and reassurance, and I’m so glad I went to someone who knows and understands CrossFit. Even not having health insurance at the moment, the visit was 100% worth it. HIGHLY recommend seeing Alex!

A few months ago I got into a bike accident and broke my collarbone. I went to Precision Physical therapy to and work with Alex to rehab my injury. I am an extremely active individual and exercise is very important to my lifestyle. I run, bike, lift, row, and rock climb. So rehabbing my injury and getting back to my previous level of strength was extremely important to me. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and was able to customize my rehab plan based on my needs. He gave me home workouts to complete on my own and explained the biomechanics and physiology of the rehab process. In addition he was extremely friendly and very fun to work with. I could immediately tell his passion for wanting to help people and knew he took my rehab very seriously which I really appreciated. Could not recommend him or the business any more.

I came to Troy over at Precision Performance PT to rehab a torn quad. Troy, Jon and the team over there came up with an incredible plan for my recovery. They listened to my goals and responded accordingly. I am 6 months post-op, I am now 100% healthy and back doing the things I love. I highly recommend them for all PT needs
