  I don't know why its taken me this long to do a review. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here. I'm looking at possibly purchasing a 3rd. This is a small family owned business. We purchased our car from here way before Gladys daughter and one of her sons became a sales person. Like any other car dealerships you should always do your research. The prices are on the higher side but that's to be expected with a "Buy Here Pay Here". Most buyers that utilize this type of dealership can't get a deal anywhere else and they are considered a high risk. That's just business. Our first purchase here we were desperate. We were a 4 family household with horrible credit and a $30,000 income. Gladys got us in a car. We did have some mechanical issues but she address them accordingly. After we could no longer use that car we went back for another. Due to the issues with the previous car she gave us a great incentive which allowed us to get into something better. We purchased the car as well as a warranty. That car had issues as well but she addressed that with no out of pocket cost to us. That car lasted 10 years and is probably still running. The only reason we got rid of it is because all the door mechanisms started to go and it didn't drive as well in the summer. But after 10 years you expect that. Now my child is looking for a car. My husband and I have good credit now 🙌🏾 but my child wants to do this purchase on their own. We found 1 car that's reasonably priced on their website so we may give them another try. All in all we love the family. Whenever we know someone is having issues with financing we refer them to Precision. I have been to other 'buy here pay here's" and this company is buy far the best when it comes to customer service. If you need help getting into a car and have to make payments I definitely recommend them.

  Precison Autos I bought my fifth car on Saturday there 2014 INFINITI QX60 with no problem a deer ran into my BMW 3 years ago. so I was with no transportation and Gladys worked with me to get me into another vehicle. My daughter totaled her car in an accident Gladys also worked with me to get my daughter another car. Gladys will work with you. When I bought my daughters car and it was overheating the first day taken off the lot I called Gladys brought the car in and Gladys took care of the issue on the vehicle. So I don’t know about the negative reviews but this is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Gladys keep up the good work and thank you for always being there for me and my family.

  Precision autos is a God sent business, truly it is. Why? That’s how they make you feel, like heaven is on earth. The transaction was smooth, easy and nice. All staff members that are family, were very professional and courteous. Am happy I found them and will continue to do business with them. They are truly a A plus business. They deserve this kudos. Loved it all! Thank you for your help.
