  I had some problems with my BMW, so I brought it to these guys and couldn’t say anything other than perfection in every aspect of what they do. They showed me pictures of the damage that needed to be replaced and did everything they could to give me my car back running and strong and safe. Very professional and know what they’re doing, would definitely recommend.

  This shop goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I would especially like to give a shout out to Matt for dealing with the warranty company and getting everything done resulting in very little payment out of my pocket. The staff there are friendly and make you feel like you have known them for years. I have received two follow ups from the shop following the repair that was done on my Audi and I would have to say that they are definitely a shop that looks out for their customers. My car runs great and I owe it all to the staff and the mechanics I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get service done right.

  I called after hearing some noises in my car and was able to get an appointment fairly fast. They had the mechanic take a quick drive with me so he could hear the grinding noise. No car shop has ever done that - I really liked the chance to talk to the mechanic in real time as the grinding was happening. They worked on my car while I was at work and called to let me know it was ready. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. But it didn't stop there. I received several check-ins to make sure the work was good and that my car was running smoothly - even a card in the mail thanking me for my patronage! I will absolutely be taking my car to Precision from now on.

  New client of Precision Auto - my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The transparent and thorough nature of the service at Precision Auto is not something I'm accustomed to when my car is touched by a mechanic or tech. I was happy to pay the invoice because I knew what everything meant, why it was noticed by the tech and how it was rectified. I do not plan to bring my family's cars anywhere else. Thank you, Matt!

  Had another really great experience with James, Matt, and the team at Precision Auto. Brought my car in for routine oil change, but there is nothing routine about it. Before I even get my keys back, I’m sent a link with a full detailed review, including pictures, of the status of my car. This particular assessment showed that while my brakes were still good, I would likely need them replaced before the end of the year. I was then provided an estimate on the brake job which allows me to plan for it, both financially and the time for it to be done. Have been bringing my cars to Precision since about 2007 when James was on Union St, and the service has only gotten better. Will continue to bring my cars here because of the quality of the work and trustworthiness of the entire team
