In working with Jeremy, I have created small but significant shifts in my daily habits and choices. Through the safe space he holds and his gentle questioning manner, he helped me gain clarity of what I truly wished for myself and my life. And because we broke them down into small achievable steps, I feel closer to realising my goals than ever before. I would happily turn to Jeremy again for coaching.

His coaching style I would say is friendly and compassionate but he's going to hold you to your highest potential and not let you make excuses for yourself. I found him very easy to talk to. I took the 4-week Goal Setting Coaching program. I have a lot of ideas about what I want. Jeremy was able to help actually turn the ideas into goals, to get them all out of my head, organized, and prioritized - and then make a plan to make progress towards achieving them. He made it feel easy. I always feel like I'm not doing enough but as Jeremy reminded me - small steps add up! I would work with Jeremy again for sure.

I was blown away by Jeremy's commitment to ensuring I left our sessions more in touch with myself than when the sessions started. We talked about what stops me from achieving my goals and set up action plans so that nothing stands in the way of achieving my future goals. I definitely recommend this service for anyone looking for a health coach.
