(April 21, 2023, 9:46 pm)Went in last week to check out a BMW430i. 1 week later and I drove out with it. Danny is hands down one of the best sales men I have ever dealt with. His boss Ernesto was just the icing on the cake. They went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family were completely satisfied with our vehicle. This is the 1st one I have purchased from them. But will not be my last. Gentlemen, many thanks, I appreciate you.

(February 28, 2023, 9:18 am)When you first walk into the showroom there is a sense of luxury. You are treated extremely well. My salesman was Danny and he took his time to answer every question I had. He knows the cars he sells and gave me many options and recommendations based on what I wanted. Ernesto is also incredible. Unlike the usual experience of a dealership where you feel pressured, Ernesto asked me what I wanted, gave me options that aligned with what I wanted, and was extremely patient as I made my decision. At the end of the experience I feel like I received a great price, amazing customer service, and it was the first time I have ever left a dealership feeling confident.

(February 12, 2023, 8:38 pm)We have been searching for a good reliable vehicle, we ended up at PPNJ Auto Mall. We were assisted by Alex, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was understanding and provided reassurance about any doubts I had. When it came to financing the vehicle, Ernesto assisted us. He did not miss a beat and was also patient taking the time to throughly explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good deal!

(November 2, 2022, 8:16 pm)I want to come back and re edit this review, there’s a lot I have to say about this place but to make a long story short. DO NOT GO HERE. Ernesto did not follow through with the things he told me he would. The car I purchased from there had a clean car fax, but a couple weeks after purchasing I took it to a very trusted shop in my area.. the car was definitely in a crash and was actually a rental car at one point which they never told me (that’s illegal btw). Ernesto is the text book definition of why car salesmen get a bad reputation.
