(October 26, 2021, 7:49 pm)I am thrilled to share the wonderful experience I had working with owner Robert (Bob) Pretopapa, Office Manager Johnathan King (John), and Installer John. These gentlemen truly are gentlemen. I called John K. on Monday to inquire about a stair lift, Bob came out on Tuesday to measure and quote, and John installed the lift on Thursday!!! That's production!! Kudos to these men and the work ethic of this company. Mom is 88 and no longer able to walk the steps with ease, so this stair lift is perfect for our home. John installed the lift without any interference in my family's day, and he explained everything in great detail. I feel most confident knowing I can call Power-Stair-Lifts any time for any concerns I may have. Good news for anyone who doesn't like a mess; John even cleans up after himself by sweeping away any debris left behind from his installation. Bob even stopped in near the end of the installation to make certain I was pleased with the job. I won't discuss price, but I can tell you Mr. Pretopapa has a very warm heart and offered a wonderful deal. It's good to know that in times such as this, there are still honorable businesses working to help the community. Thank you.
