  Once again, Portolese Family Chiropractor took great care of me. I went in with pain and came out pain free and loose. Dr. Portolese also provided useful information to help me during my visits, e.g., activities I can perform. I came out of the office today saying, "I'm healed!"

  I have been going to Dr Portolese for 7 years. I initially found her when I was pregnant with my first baby and needed a chiropractor who was Webster certified and skilled in prenatal and pregnancy care. Having her as part of my care team during 2 pregnancies made a SIGNIFICANT difference in my labors.
  
  I also had chronic headaches and neck pain that are way more infrequent since being in her care.
  
  The thing I appreciate most, and that keeps me coming back, is not only the excellent care provided but the way Dr Portolese and her staff radiate wellness, positivity, and genuine care for their patients overall wellness. They don’t focus on just fixing symptoms as much as they do overall health. The thing that is missing from health care in many drs is the CARE part. And this office staff and doctor have it in spades. Could not recommend them more!

  I suffered from hip pain for 6 months after a futile attempt at jogging. One adjustment with Dr. P and my pain was GONE. It has not returned. Living pain free is so wonderful! I didn’t realize how much I was altering my life to live with it until it was gone. Thank you Dr. Portolese!

  After some tense days at my office, I head to my appointment with Dr Tammy. I ALWAYS leave my visit feeling like a new person. A compassionate highly-competent doctor who takes the time to ask how I’m doing and what has been going on with me.
  Then she sets to work and identifies the areas of need and then AHHHHH.
  Such relief!!! Best part of my day!!

  This is a great chiro practice. I’ve been going to Dr. Portolese for about 7 years and have been treated by several of her associates who have branched out to other offices. Tammy is a fantastic hands on chiropractor and holistic practitioner. I always feel that my whole body is healed after an adjustment. She has helped me recover from several specific traumatic events and chronic stressors in my day-to-day life that caused bouts of moderate to severe pain. I travel an hour each way just to see her for maintenance. She is excellent with babies and children too!
