  As someone that does a lot of online shopping, I don’t ordinarily leave too many reviews unless the experience is particularly good or bad—this one was the former. I had a trip planned with my family and the wheel of my suitcase was not working just days before my trip. Given that mail has been a bit unpredictable lately and I didn’t have time to run out and go shopping, and the better price I found online on luggage from portmantos, I called their customer service for help. Customer service was really patient (despite a crying baby in the background) and knowledgeable about the product. They helped me place the order and assured me I would receive it on time. The luggage came as expected, and feels and looks like good quality, is a unique color (great for identifying luggage) and I love that the wheels of the luggage are multi-directional, an upgrade from my previous luggage. In addition to my experience, I love that portmantos carries quality luggage that you can’t necessarily find in ordinary department stores (I got Bric luggage—an Italian luggage company). I would definitely recommend this place for their quality and customer service.

  Bought a Travel Pro bag that I'd been looking at during a black Friday sale at a good price. Was a little concerned about trying a new business. But everything went well. Received my bag safely and promptly.

  I ordered a suitcase through them on Amazon and received a notification that my suitcase was delivered to an address 15 miles from me. I reached out to portmantos through Amazon and they responded quickly & apologized. They said they had mistakenly sent me the wrong tracking number and gave me a new one. I was a little worried when I saw all of the reviews on here. However, My suitcase came a few days later on time before my trip and it was exactly what I ordered! I paid less through portmantos than I would have buying from the brand itself. Aside from the first tracking number being incorrect, I had a really positive experience. Thanks!
